Metallic outer case painted with epoxy resin. Inner chamber in mirror stainless steel. Adjustable temperatures from 40° C to 300° C. Resolution: 0.1°C. Fluctuation of the temperature: ± 1°C. Temperature regulation by microprocessor with functions like over-temperature protection, sensor fault alarm, fixed temperature operation, timing function (0-9999 min), correction of deviation, internal parameter locked, etc. Homogeneity and temperature stability: ± 2.5%. Adjustable feet to facilitate the installation and leveling of the oven. Door with 180° opening window with double thermal safety glass for external control, without temperature variations in the inner chamber. Forced air convection (non-adjustable). Standard fan switch that allows to work with natural convection (except for DOVF-230-001 oven, which does not have a fan switch). Top ventilation hole Ø 35 mm (DOVF-230-001 has the hole on the rear wall and includes a test port on the right side). Easy to clean. Supplied with two grid trays adjustable in height (can accept more trays, see table). DOVF-230-001 has wheels. 220 V / 50-60 Hz. Warranty 2 years
