Quality Policy

The Labbox Group, made up of Labbox Labware SL, Labbox France EURL, Labbox Italia SRL, Labbox Nederland B.V. and Labbox Deutschland GmbH dedicate their activity to the commerce of laboratory material and chemical products and the after-sales management of the equipment commercialized.

The Management of the Labbox Group, in accordance with its purpose, context, strategic direction and commitment to its interested parties, establishes this Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy as the framework for the development, maintenance and continual improvement of its Integrated Management System.

The Labbox Group assumes the following commitments:

• Commitment to comply with all legal, contractual, or other requirements that are applicable to us due to our activity.

• Commitment to carry out our work within a management framework that ensures the continual improvement of the QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, through the establishment and periodic review of the efficiency of the processes and our quality and environmental objectives.

• Commitment to maintaining transparent, fair and ethical relationships with our stakeholders: suppliers, customers, partners and society in general.

• Commitment to protecting the environment and our surroundings through actions and measures aimed at preventing any form of pollution arising from our activities and ensuring the proper management of the waste generated.

• Commitment to promoting understanding and dissemination of our Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy throughout the organization and ensuring that it is available to interested parties.

• Commitment to periodically reviewing this Policy to ensure its continued suitability. 

To this end, the Labbox Group has established, implemented and maintains a Quality and Environmental Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, including their respective Amendment 1:2024 on Climate Change.

This Integrated Management System is developed through the processes and documented information established by the organization and is mandatory for all persons working within the organization in the performance of their activities.
