- Homogeneous, free flowing and slightly toasted.
- If any changes phisically, discard product.
- Appearance Light amber
- pH (25°C) 6.8 – 7.2
- Concentration of use 20 g/L
- Preparation:
- Dissolve 20 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
- Once opened avoid hydration
- Storage temperature 2 °C – 25 °C
